I am sending a letter that I received yesterday by E-mail from Russia.

It was written by Mr. Sergei Shoumilo,

A deputy of the Chernigov’s Supreme Soviet,

The Soviet of the International Humanities Initiatives Center Of Russia chairman

He is asking me to send this letter to the Maryland State Prosecutor at first, and also to the Congress of the USA (Human Rights Commission) with a copy to the UK, for the queen Elisabeth highest attention.

The murder case of Jose Cortes, world famous Christian hero, in 1997, and his last will and statement illegal hiding during 7 years is the main matter of the letter.

All of Jose Cortes belongs illegally located at the Takoma Park, MD in Victor Potapov’s (Golden) house:

Potapov’s family is managing of everything without any permission or Jose’s direction.

Moreover, the Last Will and Statement of this great and absolutely unique man, Canadian citizen, are hided by them illegally by 7 years already!

Mr. Sergei Shoumilo, together with Archbishop of the Catacomb Church Dionisii (Alferov) and millions of believers around the world, all parishioners of The Russian Orthodox Church in Russia, America, Canada, South America, Chile, France, Italy, Bulgaria and many other countries, Jose’s friends and Mother Mary lovers –

Kindly request you to provide the investigation and give us the answer, when the Jose’s Cortes Last Will become opened and all treasures return to believers?

The holy head cloth of St. martyr Great Duchess Elisabeth Romanov must be immediately returned to the Church for dignity honoring of all Royal Martyrs lovers.

We love our country very much and feel so sorry for what happened here. But the holy man last will is a real holiness that must be careful with before Face of God. We are sure, that the Truth – the best for America in this case.

If Jose Cortes Last will and Statement will be opened soon, we provide whole confidential for our country world prestige and will never make this case public.

Уважаемые господа!

Присоединяемся к многочисленным протестам и требованиям о необходимости вскрыть и обнародовать Завещание Иосифа Хосе Кортес Муньоз, после чего все его имущество и святыни должны быть переданы лицам и организациям, указанным в данном Завещании.

Считаем отказ исполнить последнюю волю усопшего противозаконным и преступным нарушением международных правовых норм.

Перед своей кончиной Иосиф составил Завещание о своём имуществе, состоящем из святынь, мощей, икон, церковной утвари, картин, книг. Он трудился над Завещанием несколько месяцев, составляя Каталог ценностей и святынь, с точным указанием адреса передачи каждой из них, в какую церковь или в чьи руки должна быть передана.

В этом Завещании – весь его Путь, всё, чего он был удостоен от Бога. Главным сокровищем является АПОСТОЛЬНИК святой преподобномученицы Елизаветы Феодоровны Романовой и Наставления самого Иосифа о судьбах Русской Церкви.

После убиения квартира его была ограблена, имуществом противозаконно завладел священник РПЦЗ(Л) Виктор Потапов. Сейчас имущество Хосе находится в его доме в Такома Парке, Вашингтон.

Завещание Иосифа хранится в Монреале, по месту его жительства, но, к сожалению, правительство Канады и США (в т.ч. главный прокурор штата Мериленд, где в настоящее время находится имущество Хосе) – все сохраняют упорное молчание и не реагируют ни на какие запросы.

Такое противоправное положение дел вызывает у нас недоумение. Еще раз подчеркиваем, что Завещание Иосифа Хосе Кортес Муньоз должно быть вскрыто и обнародовано, после чего все его имущество и святыни должны быть переданы лицам и организациям, указанным в данном Завещании.
